A Keeper by Graham Norton

4.0

So close to five star, certainly 4-4.5. I laughed, cried and chuckled at the cheeky bits. I even did gasp out loud a couple of times. Engaging style and story telling once again from Graham Norton. Love, secrets, sacrifice and sadness - it had it all.

I have had the benefit of listening to the author narrate both his books and he does it so well. Not only did the story roll along effortlessly, it was utterly believable and human, without being over sentimental or requiring any leaps of faith. The characters were well developed and by no means perfect but all, in the main, likeable - I was always wishing for good outcomes.

Honestly a real pleasure, I cannot wait for his next outing.

Give up the day job Graham, write some more books please!
