An aging woman becomes a widow when her rich politician husband dies. Her children clutch their pearls and say “oh whatever do we do with mother (where’s her money)?” Mother says fuck all y’all, I am gonna move out of this stupid mansion, rent an old, shabby house from two charming gentleman, even if the basement grows mushrooms. I want no visitors, especially NOT young ones. I’m gonna take exactly one deserving grandchild aside and give her the means to pursue art seriously because my bastard husband never let me do that and she has talent. And then I will die. So there.
