I freaking KNEWWWWWW I was going to love their book, I love me a good enemies to lovers and they are the definition of that.
I really think their relationship development was out of great pace and you can see the attraction and connection that they both have to each other even before they become physical, but it’s not in your face and it develops so smoothly which I really think Ans did a great job with!
I also really enjoyed how we get updates about the other characters how they’re super involved in intertwined in the stories. It really just keeps the story super cohesive and connected.
Nothings perfect though, because Jules realllllly sent me when she wasn’t being honest to Josh about everything like girl the man loved you, but I understood considering her traumas. However, I had to jump this rating down a bit because that one scene where Jules tells Josh the truth about everything and the way he treated her? h e l l n o. That scene alone really really did it for me. Yes, Josh was entitled to being upset but treating someone like that just simply isn’t okay for me personally… but the book is still good!
