I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Matthew Walker throws light on one of the most undervalued aspects of life, sleep, which is vital for both the brain and the body. It's beautifully written and filled with scientifically backed arguments on why the sleep loss epidemic in society has to be addressed. One thing's for sure, I will prioritize a daily sleep quota of 8 hours from now on.
