i have literally no words to describe how good this book is. i love almost everything about this book (except maybe the steam, which isn't really bad, i'm just not a fan of that in general).

the way mental health is dealt with, the representation of queer characters, the portrayal of generalized anxiety — it all made this such an emotional experience. i love the clear communication between charlie and dev, they both are adorable. it was only the last arc that was not up to the level according to me but it's only because the rest of the book set the bar so high.

i also enjoyed the platonic love so much. the friendships and some conversations were so heartwarming.

despite having a hard time recently, this book really made me happy, even if only for a while. i cried while reading the acknowledgements too. would highly recommend!
