The Stranger Diaries is a cozy little mystery - other than the killing. The characters where somewhat lovable and watching the friendship between Harbinder and Clare was lovely.
I’m notoriously bad at knowing who did it but I knew who it was about halfway through. Also, I love a multiple perspective novel but this was repetitive because it was the same scene just from another perspective. I didn’t really enjoy that.
Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I was captivated by the characters and I did want to see if I was right.
There were also a lot of insight into the minds of the characters. In the beginning - I must admit - I really didn’t like Harbinder. There was a lot of negative comments that I just wasn’t a fan of personally but she did really grow on me.
