Mixed feelings about this story. It is mostly style over substance but the style is great. Mceown's art suits all the pulpy Lone Wolf and Cub action that Wagner writes into the story. The last chapters more closely approaches the political intrigue and complex character dynamics that i associate with early grendel stories.
