Sumner has been away for college. Her dad Ian desperately wants her to be home so he asks his best friend Jonathan to give her a job at his company. When she walks into his office he can’t believe she’s not the teenager he remembers. What do you do when you fall for your best friends daughter?
No one deserves to be with someone who doesn’t believe in them. I feel awful that Jonathan feels like all of his accomplishments are blurring together because he’s not happy. I absolutely love that she wants to be a life coach and that she helps Jonathan. The big questions in life are hard to answer. I like how Jonathan pushes Sumner to be the best she can be. The house tour was sweet. This was a cute read. Not very descriptive in certain parts but still good. I adore Piper.
