This is a collection of essays on intersectional feminism written by one of the clearest and most important voices of our generation. Gay doesn’t claim to have all the answers and, as the title suggests, she doesn’t claim to be the perfect feminist. But what she is doing is trying. And she knows a hell of a lot more about all of this than I do, so it was great to read and learn from her.
I would also like to add that this is suitable for young adults and teens and I’d encourage parents and teachers to share her work.
