I loved this. I am having a great time getting to know this author! This story follows former lovers Esmeralda and Rodrigo as the vie for the same position of CEO at a multi million dollar producing company. I thought their story was believable despite how short the book is. I really enjoyed seeing the tension between them build and how they resolved conflict. I appreciated that Herrera made certain to point out larger issues in their relationship that needed work as allowed space for that with the epilogue. This also made me feel nostalgic for 90s sitcoms I grew up watching.
