Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris

5.0

I loved this book. I waited so long for this book that I was never going to be disappointed.
I did feel that this book contained too many story lines. Let's be honest, we all like our Sookie books straight forward with a little bit of intrigue and mystery. This one had plots flying everywhere and it was a little hard to keep up with at times.

It seemed that Harris was trying to say "FU HBO" with part of this book and continuing with the plot on another level. The plot could have easily been divided up into its parts and written into two or three novels. Harris doesn't need to rush. I'll keep waiting and buying. Please, take your time, Harris.
