kpezza 's review for:
November 9
by Colleen Hoover
It was a decent read. Very cringe at the start, which made me want to close it and never open it again, but I persevered.
I still think It Ends With Us is Hoover’s best book. But this was a good book. I also like the character crossover with Ugly Love characters.
I feel like the story was a bit rushed, though. And unnecessarily dark. I feel like in most of her books someone has to die, have cancer, or go through something really traumatic or even all three. I feel like most of the story could’ve lived on if Kyle lived on. Maybe not so much the Mum. I don’t know, it’s just my opinion.
