I can hardly follow what is going on in these books, and I was hoping that by the second one I’d have a better sense of what’s going on. Thank god a glossary/index of characters/preface are given in this one to give a sense of what’s going on, but man these books are dense. Did I finish this and am I now reading the third? Yes. Am I still confused as fuck? Absolutely
