I thought this was going to be a murder mystery novel. It was a murder mystery novel for like 25 pages. All the other book was about Christopher and his icks and habits. Which was kind of interesting, don't get me wrong, it's good to have neurodivergent rep in books.

Still... it was boring. And weird too. Why would you write about how a boy with sensory issues pees and poops...

I liked the mathy stuff because I'm a nerd myself and that it included a lot of facts. But otherwise.. there really wasn't anything to it.

The murder is solved and it's an absolutely unspectacular boring moment. And he didn't even have to do anything.

actual rating ⭐⭐.75/5 , read this only for school.
