One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez

5.0

Recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad they did. The novel falls into the mystical realism genera, which it does have a lot of, but the novel is really about a small town and the families that live there through one hundred years of their combined history. The book is more like a collection of short stories interconnected through family members lives, memories, and legacies.
