I really am not quite sure what people love so much about this book. I recently started reading it off of a recommendation, and I couldn't bring myself to finish it. He spends so much of the book talking up how great the method is that I'm like, you don't need to pump up an audience to buy a book they're already reading.

Anyway. I didn't finish it. I never not finish a book. I stopped reading the moment he referred to suicide as selfish and the ableism of not seeing that mental illnesses can't always be cured by different morning habits.
