Charlie is such a lovable and relatable character and this makes following him throughout this book such a journey.
This book is a true coming of age book and whilst I wouldn’t class it as YA I feel it would be most appreciated by those within that age range.
I really enjoyed the book for its relatability but feel I’d have loved it had it been longer and explored more issues in greater depth. In particular the characters of Patrick and Sam.
