DNF'd at page 167/703 (during Chapter 14).
Writing is fantastic, characters seem good. I had started the book without reading the summary again, and hadn't realized there was a love triangle - my fault. Figured I'd still try but eventually I realized I wasn't attached to any of the characters particularly and decided to just call it.
Not my cup of tea BUT again the writing and characters are both good, so I'd still recommend fans of angst and love triangles give it a shot.

Graphic: Death, Gore, Violence
A lot of people die in the book, just given the nature of the setting. The gore is very descriptive and child/teenagers are not spared.
