This book will forever hold a special place in my heart. It makes you forget you’re reading. It’s such a heartbreaking, inspiring, beautiful story. (Better than it ends with us in my opinion). The way Kennedy Ryan was able to share this story in the beautiful way she did. Literally speechless. I already want to open it and start reading again.

Iris went through SO MUCH. You see her in her weakest moments and watch her become the strongest version of herself. The way she fought for herself & Sarai just broke my heart. As a daughter of a mother who had to fight for her freedom & happiness, Thankyou. Please read this book!! It’s a must read
