Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus
3.0

The plot was not revolutionary, and the book often suffers from a quirky self indulgent tone, but it was fun, a nice change of pace, and it tried to say something about women’s purported role in society. Ultimately, it’s an entertaining book with a white anachronistically feminist/progressive protagonist.

Say what you will about the dog, I liked him and his 981 words. Why not?
