This was a wonderful conclusion to the duology. Ross' prose was beautiful throughout and definitely kicked it up a notch with the stress factor in this book.
Overall, I loved this story so much. The beginning did kind of falter as we saw many of the characters slightly regress from the growth they obtained in A River Enchanted. But Ross was able to end on such a beautiful and high note.
I find myself sad this is over and wanting more. Not due to a lack of story or rushing of the plot, but simply due to the world being so beautiful and wanting to know what happens next.
I will definitely be reading more stories by Ross in the future.
