Letters to Molly
by Devney Perry
I cannot say enough good things about this book. Second chance romances are my favorite trope and knowing Devney wrote this book I expected to love Letters to Molly, but I did not expect to love this story as much as I did. I literally sobbed from the beginning of the book to the end of the book.
This is very similar to a troubled marriage and I am here for it! Finn and Molly divorced 6 years ago and Molly begins receiving letters Finn wrote her throughout their relationship and never gave to her. The letters start off on the first night they met and span their relationship. Finn is not the one sending the letters and knows the ones written later in their relationship are going to hurt her. As much as they do, the letters force them to work through the issues in their marriage that were just swept under the rug or that may have been overlooked.
This book had everything you need: strong main characters, side characters you grow to adore, love you feel deep in your soul, hurdles for the main characters, and willingness to move forward despite all of the hurt.
I absolutely recommend this book if you like second chance or even if you don't. It was phenomenal.
