One of my goals for 2024 is to continue slowing down, getting to know and honor myself, and savoring moments and my life, in general, more. Toward that aim, this was a cozy ;) little book to tuck into at the end of the year. I found it akin to "The Book of Hygge" and "Wintering". There's nothing groundbreaking within its pages but there are some great reminders.
