I Am, I Am, I Am: Seventeen Brushes With Death
by Maggie O'Farrell
Though the near-death experiences were what drew my interest to this book, it was honestly the stuff surrounding those experiences that gripped me hardest; grieving over miscarriages and infertility, caring for a dangerously sick child, recovering from a broken heart, grappling with mortality... It was the moments of LIFE rather than near death that took center stage.
Audiobook reader was excellent.
