I genuinely enjoyed the ride that this book took me on. The banter and chemistry in this was very good, I really like Sloane and Rowan. I can see the other couple for the next books being set up in this one, I’ll have to read those at some point. This was the first “dark” book I have tried and, while it was dark in subject matter, the romance still felt very light and cute.
