I very much enjoyed this book. Took you through the whole timeline of human development. I do think some parts were such a flyover and could use a better deep dive outside the book to fully understand the topics discussed. But, the flyover does give a general understanding of the topics presented. It was weird reading the last chapter 14 years after the book was written to see how some of the predictions have already come true and we are on track for others.

My number one complaint and it has zero effect on this book is that the author said the wright brothers were from North Carolina and as a native of Dayton, Ohio that can’t be more from the truth. Again this has no effect on the book just made me laugh.

I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to why the world is the way it is and how the world could go in the future depending on our actions and if we learn for history.
