this sounded like the perfect book for me. romance + musical theater inspired sounds like a dream come true, making it queer, well that’s just the icing on top.

this book hits the many many scenes of grease and it felt like coming home and discovering something new all at once. 

i really truly loved this book. i loved both mc’s and absolutely adored the friends group and their dynamics. 

this book was a bit heavy, i’ll admit. it kind of wrecked me and i kind of did not appreciate that. 

all in all, i’m thrilled to have read a book from this author before she releases her upcoming sapphic novel that i am so stoked for!!
