The problem with a series that runs this long is the only way to keep the story moving along is to add bigger villains, bigger explosions, bigger... bigger...
And eventually you end up with a giant death ray in outer space.
So True Dead was entertaining and I will continue with the series but it feels more like a habit than anything else at this stage. I think the Soulwood Series by the same author is what I'm really enjoying at the moment.
