Dangerous Girls by R.L. Stine

3.0

An interesting and albeit adult take on vampires by the king of children's horror, R.L. Stine. I will admit I cannot wait to see where the story goes, but the book loses points for Stine relying on his old cliffhanger tricks from his Goosebumps books and certain characters were really annoying because of his style, but I did enjoy Destiny and Livvy's relationship and Renz as a villain. Getting moments from Renz's perspective as a bloodthirsty killer (who literally rips heads off) was really cool and gave a real stamp of adult attitude to Stine's usual immature banter. Will def read the sequel.
