This made me uncomfortable, and it was poorly written to boot. This fell flat as a marriage-in-trouble romance, and was maybe about child trafficking??? Both main characters were unlikeable, and apparently there’s nothing like buying orphans to bring the romance alive??? At least it was closed door, because making this spicy would have been insult to injury.
