It was a fun read, but wasn’t really meaty enough to be called either a biography or self help. Very repetitive, especially considering how short it is. It read like the chapters had originally been published separately from one another, as information that was presented in one chapter would be treated like brand new information in the next. I did like the chapter format, which focused on specific themes rather than moving chronologically through Frida’s life.
