Love at Full Tilt
by Jenny L. Howe
I absolutely DEVOURED this book. it was the perfect YA romance with the fun theme park setting, along with the contest aspect, it was the perfect blend of different things i needed right now! I adored all of our characters - and the diversity of queerness throughout the friend group! I also really appreciated how Lia talked about herself and experiencing the world in a larger body - it was really well done and I loved watching her share her honest and true feelings when the time came for it!
Mason and Lia both had such beautiful personalities and i really loved watching them get to know each other - i'm not one for insta love usually, and while this all took place over a short period, it felt like they clicked and got to know each other SO deeply so quickly that it didnt feel all that insta lovey!
I will be shouting about this one for a long time, and for sure adding it to my shelves as a perfect summery reread in the future - i loved!
