Zombies rouse a year ago and have basically taken over the night. Mikka works for the institution that is researching the zombies. What they find is a new species, they call Zed-Two. They have successfully captured a Zed-Two and he is sexy and igniting feelings in Mikka she hasn't had in the past. She is then introduced to his brothers and they all want her to be their queen. This was my first zombie romance and it was very enjoyable. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
