The art of being alone is about how to spend your alone time wisely. I expected some fictitious dark psychology facts but it was much more realistic than that.

How to get rid of toxic self love, How to develop positive attitude in your life even if you spend your time in solitude and benefits of thorough thinking about your dreams, passion and self improvement; this is the basic theme of this book.

Well no doubt, as a fellow struggler to find my passion, I found this book much more relatable and all this book did to me was to insert some insights into my mind and enlightened my thinking pattern.

I was taking difficult routes to achieve things I want, and the price was to sacrifice my peace. Now that I know there's somebody out there who's taking baby steps towards her goal, I'm more determined than ever.

Most importantly, this book taught me about open loops, questions to ask myself, gave me courage and motivation to do research on them and to list stuff I should stop doing. That's kinda my 2024 goal as well.

And well a good book is the one you constantly think about even after so many days you read that book, or when you're reading something else and that book just comes to your mind out of nowhere. Well it's that kind of a book for me :))

I was lucky to find this book, to read this book, in my depressed dark days. This is among the best self help books I like. It was a 5/5 for me.
