I wanted to love this book and it definitely kept me engaged but i just didn’t. The characters were kind of annoying and it the book was trying so hard to be philosophical or “deep” but i found it very shallow. Giving it 3.25 because despite that I still very much needed to see how it ended and was in some way rooting for Alice and Eileen (most of the time).
