I absolutely loved this book! So many of their idea can and should be applied to our personal lives as well that my only critique is that they could have spent some time going into that a little more. I think a little more ownership at any company could go a long way. I work in Human Resources and so often employees come to us to solve problems with another employee. The thing I often tell them is there is something they can both do to improve the situation!
