Once I started this book, I could not put it down until I finished. This novel starts out introducing us to Emily, a young woman who has willingly had her memory erased in order to make a new life for herself. However, in this case the past won't stay buried as Emily's old life comes back to haunt her. As the reader, you'll soon find yourself swept up with Emily in a tale of mystery, thriller and conspiracy as she finds herself hunted by a secret society set on revenge that they hope to gain by killing. The book is fast paced and will keep you guessing until the very last page as along with the protagonist, you're trying to guess who can or cannot be trusted, as well as what kind of secret would make someone willingly erase their memories
