You Learn by Living: Eleven Keys for a More Fulfilling Life by Eleanor Roosevelt

4.0

A quick read. It seems to me that Eleanor was one classy lady. I'd say that 98% of the advice given in this book is timeless. If you want tips from a former generation on how to make small talk, become active in politics, teach children, this is a great resource.

In the book "My Year with Eleanor" the author applies Eleanor Roosevelt's challenge of doing "one thing a day that scares" you. It would be an interesting New Year's resolution to try and emulate Mrs. Roosevelt by creating habits based on the advice from "You Learn by Living."
