To be honest, before I finally finished Carnage, it spent months marinating in my TBR. I dropped it so many times because I either wasn’t in the mood to read or because, let’s face it, I don’t typically enjoy “harem” stories. Reading about “sharing” just hits all my icks, and it’s not something I like. BUT, BUT, BUT—after all those months of leaving it sitting in my TBR, Carnage kept haunting me. I couldn’t stop thinking about the Spade brothers! The curiosity was eating at me, even though I was hesitant because of the whole harem thing.

Eventually, I gave in, and wow, hugs and kisses to my girl, Ashtyn. Girl, you’ve been through SO much. Honestly, I don’t think anyone else could endure and stay through everything she faced with the Spade brothers. Hahaha.

This book doesn’t just dive into BDSM—it’s something completely on another level. And let me tell you, THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR THE WEAK. It’s the DARKEST book in the L.O.R.D.S. series so far.

The plot twists? Chef’s kiss. I was hooked. But what really got me was Ashtyn herself. The way she embraced her flaws and stood firm in knowing what she wanted for herself—especially her body? That’s something so rare and refreshing to see. Let’s be real: not everyone is brave enough to admit to themselves what they truly want, especially when it comes to sex. So hats off to Ashtyn for owning it.

I loved every bit of her journey.

While reading Carnage, I felt like I was living inside the book. That’s how intense it was for me. Every chapter had me on edge, fully immersed in the story, and honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. Hahaha. This book is a masterpiece for anyone who can handle its depth and darkness, and I’m rating it a full 5 stars without hesitation.

Madness, I’m so ready for you.
