okay wow, what is Stephanie Archer putting in her books because I finished this book in less than 24 hours. I'd also liked to find myself a 6'5" hockey player that grabs me by the back of the neck and kisses me like he'd die without me. I absolutely love the Vancouver Storm series and Alexei's and Georgia’s book was no exception. Their enemies to lovers story was filled with so much delicious sexual tension. That same sexual tension that they would keep confusing for mutual hate. I had such a good time reading this book! They way they would bicker and banter, and how Georgia would get under Alexei's skin was so entertaining. I probably looked like a crazy person smiling at my kindle while reading because I'm pretty sure I was smiling 90% of the time. 😂
And let’s be honest, I think the real stars of the story were Stefan and Damon. The cutest little lionhead bunnies!
My favorite part of enemies to lovers is when the MC’s finally start showing their softer sides. And when Alexei finally gets to know the real Georgia and understands her better, he is DOWN BAD and it’s an absolute joy to see how much he shows Georgia he cares about her in every little action that he does for her. Alexei was so thoughtful and gentle with Georgia. And when Georgia finally allowed herself to love Alexei back and not let the fear keep her from having a full and beautiful life with him, their relationship truly blossomed. I loved everything about their relationship from start to finish and I cannot wait for what’s to come in this series. If Stephanie writes, I will definitely read it. Thank you, Stephanie, for the ARC!
