This one has been in my recommendations since it was released. I never really got into the premise but it did sound interesting. I don't think I expected it to be modern.

I enjoyed it. I didn't love it but the story was easy and it flowed well. This author has such a good grasp on grief, every time grief popped up in the story, I felt it deeply. So that was well written.

I'm not sure if I'm excited enough for a sequel to read it, but I am a little curious. It wasn't a stop the presses story to tell all your friends but it was good and quick.
