This is a sweet, adorable romance.
Fran is a big believer in love and attempts to recreate scenes from her favorite romcom movies with her dates. Callum has been in a slump on the soccer field and attributes his last girlfriend to it. He doesn't think love is for him, but, on a dare from his friends, he kisses Fran, and soon he believes she is his good luck charm.
Callum wants to keep Fran as a friend as he likes her. Plus, his soccer game is better than ever when he kisses her before the game. Fran likes being his friend and doesn't mind the kisses, either!
There were many mentions of romcom movies that I have watched and loved. Grease 2? Yes, please! Both Fran and Callum have great support systems...his teammates and her very protective best friend, Rosalie.
I look forward to more stories in this new series.
