It's very rare for me to find a book with a style and story so engaging I don't want to put it down -and this is definitely one of those books!
However, this won't be for everyone. If you're looking for a lot of action, you may want to pass this over. If you're looking for heart-racing romance, you may want to miss this.
But if you enjoy stories that are entirely character-driven, that use the small moments of action and romance to enhance the story and move it forward instead of trying to steal the spotlight, that isn't worried about using a slower pace to help build up the world and the characters-
This might just be the story for you.
Nothing in this story will really surprise anyone; I guessed one of the biggest plot points early on. But the story seemed more interested in studying how the other characters reacted to those twists and turns, and how those plot points moved the characters to their final points in the book.
I really enjoyed this, and can highly recommend it!
