An interesting primer on Buddhism, but it suffers from a bit of repetition at times. There were some sections I felt were particularly insightful but others that are incredibly dry and read more like a textbook or ancient religious text.

I wish the book were laid out differently so Hahn's thoughts were consolidated rather than sprinkled into the rest. I did really like what he had to say but there was a lot of quoting earlier teachers.
