This is genuinely one of the most thought provoking, heartbreaking and heart mending stories I’ve ever read. I don’t think I’ve read a book like this, that’ll stay in my heart like this, in a long time. I’ve owned this book for so long, but it’s just sat on myself waiting to be read, and I’d like to think that my choice to read it now came to me in a time where I needed it the most.
