I am currently sobbing, this was just the ending I needed. But it’s just so emotional it feels like she’s only ever gonna love him, and will, and Jess is going to die and she’s going to be alone forever because she says 'because the memory of having had Jem would be better than never having had him at all.' And I can't, it's so sad but so amazingly happy at the same time. There's too many emotions. Anyway I loved it.
