I started reading this book and then read some reviews stating that it wasn't a full story so I was not surprised when the story came to an abrupt end.  I appreciate all the author's notes and ideas that were included, although admittedly I did not read them all.  I wasn't interested if there was no conclusion to the story.  The "memorial" section of the book was nice but again, not something I was looking to read.  I am left wondering why a ghostwriter didn't finish the story.  Maybe that was against the author's wishes.  I have to admit, this is the first time I've ever picked up an incomplete book and I'm left wondering why it was published.
