This one really depends, if you have never dated it is probably gold, but for most people it is meh. I actually really enjoyed the author's interview on Diary of a CEO, and so this was maybe a nice way of supporting her. Much better speaker than writer and I felt I got everything of interest from the book in the interview. As usual though I hate trashing anything that promotes positivity, there were some good points and decent advice - I may just consume too much online material.
