Okay so I wanted to love this book. Why choose/omegaverse novel. It has all the things I love. The book opened well and pulled me in. Up until we got to about the 50% mark. This is where it started to drag. It was awful. The romance was dull. There wasn’t any banter. It was all “it’s okay, you are so amazing.” Just back and forth from character to character. It was really boring tbh. 
The book should have been cut a lot shorter, 100 pages less. The story just got lost in random enemies, training montage, bad villianry. I found myself skimming and I didn’t lose anything from it. 

The spice, the one thing you look forward to in books like this was so awkward and cringe. The author used the word womb way too many times in the sex scenes. Oh and the being so large she could see it and feel it from inside her belly? Not possible. The postions. I actually made my husband stand up and help me try to figure out a position the author was describing because I was like girl there ain’t no way (much hilarity ensued 😂.) We figured it out but nah dawg.

So TLDR: Beginning was great, sex cringe, draggie draggie drag drag, villians being villainous, long end, with weird cliffy.
