A Thief in the Night is a perfect HR romp: Charming and complicated lead characters with shady pasts! Highway robbery! Long lost precious jewels! My only regret is that the book wasn't longer.

KJ Charles is so good at writing intimacy that’s never gratuitous and always in service to the plot and the character development, and this book is no exception.
